- Coordinate and schedule appointments for roofing and home remodeling consultations, inspections, and project meetings.
- Manage and update the company’s calendar, ensuring all appointments are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant team members.
- Confirm appointments with clients and provide reminders as needed.
- **Customer Service**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing friendly and professional assistance.
- Address client inquiries, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure a positive experience throughout the appointment process.
- Gather necessary information from clients to prepare for consultations and projects.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain organized records of all appointments, client communications, and relevant details.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- **Communication**:

- Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients, project managers, and other team members.
- Relay important information regarding appointments, client needs, and project details promptly.
- Provide updates to clients about any changes or rescheduling of appointments.
- **Follow-Up**:

- Assist in maintaining long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or appointment coordination is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and appointment scheduling software.
