**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the demographics and needs of the community, dynamics of giving within the community, identify emerging opportunities and trends, and determine marketing methodologies to support fundraising efforts.
- Develops and executes strategic plans and focused annual fundraising, outreach, social media marketing, and public relations campaigns.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential community donors,
- sustainers, and sponsors, as well as potential corporate & foundation sponsors.
- Establishes strong relationships with volunteers and directly supports, guides and leads volunteer teams in different community events and projects as required.
- Partner with ISB team and Board on major signature events/projects.
- Provide general facility and administrative support as needed, primarily supporting ISB Cambridge.

**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business related field with 3 years of relevant work experience or Associate’s degree in business related field with 5 years of work experience.
- Experience working with diverse relevant communities and understanding of their needs.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of engagement initiatives.
- Strong background in social media marketing and management, public relations, and fundraising.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management related to engagement activities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for engaging diverse audiences.
- Experience in sales or business development is advantageous.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
