The role will be responsible for working with an agency-side team in developing an end-to-end program, including strategy, creation, and execution. This will include defining clear objectives for influencer activations, content, budget recommendations, and establishing measurable KPIs.

Your role:

  • Create, implement, and measure influencer program strategies that are in line with the overall communications and brand goals
  • Identify and engage with influencers who align with our target audience and brand values
  • Establish and nurture strong influencer relationships, from onboarding to renewal, including handling influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback
  • Work with influencer and agency-side team to build content for target audience
  • Provide regular reports on program performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI
  • Work with cross-functional teams, such as social media, creative, and PR, to ensure content is appropriately activated
  • Manage agency-side relationship in support of program, including staying on budget

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a BS/BA degree in a related field.
  • You've acquired 5+ years of experience in influencer relationship building, engagement, or communications.
  • Your skills include strong project management, goal orientation, and strong communication and collaboration.
  • You're a team player with a can-do attitude, willing to jump in and find solutions with minimal guidance and a strong and strategic problem solver.
