A Residential Sales Consultant at Love That Door is responsible for presenting the Love That Door Promise for a completely satisfying turn-key installation of replacement doors, gates, railings, and windows to homeowners and builders. Achieving individual sales goals by presenting a compelling case for customers to choose Love That Door. Understanding customer wants and needs is critical and the ability to translate our product offerings to match will help you be successful in this role. Striving for a first-time close and planning for and delivering effective follow up on the rest. Proactively seeking out new referrals through customer relationship networking will help you be successful in this role. Continually striving for a 100% “Very Satisfied” customer experience every time is a part of our promise.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Deliver a detailed sales presentation
- Prepare and present a customized proposal and price quote based on client needs and project specifications while in the home or within 24 hours of appointment.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure sales agreements and achieve revenue targets.
- Follow up and respond to all customer questions within 24 hours
- Availability for customer appointments during evenings and Saturdays, in addition to weekday hours
- Respond to allocated leads within 2 hours and schedule appointments within 2-3 days of lead received.
- Visit 5 installs per week to stay connected to customers and canvas surrounding homes.
- Visit 10-15 builders per month
- Proactively prospect and self generate new clients through a variety of methods including networking, cold outreach, and digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including design, production, and customer service to ensure seamless project execution and customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client transactions, and deal pipelines using CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Represent Love That Door with professionalism and integrity in all client interactions and business dealings.
- **Must be great at multitasking and able to manage a high volume of incoming leads.**

**Education and/or Experience**
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
