Levis Building Components, a leader in the metal roofing accessories industry, is looking for the right candidate to join our expanding team. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven Outside Sales Representative to perform the following tasks.

Represent the Levis experience to customers, vendors and co-workers.
Identify and engage potential wholesale customers in need of metal roofing accessories.
Establish, maintain and expand relationships with current and prospective customers using multiple techniques including regular sales
calls, cold-calling, industry networking, customer recommendations, etc. to drive aggressive closure of all available opportunities.
Handles customer questions, issues, concerns, and seeks to resolve in the most cost effective and timely way possible.
Conduct market research alongside the inside team to identify new revenue streams.
Actively prospect for new business within your assigned region.
Prepare weekly and/or monthly call reports as required.
Technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and lunch & learns as needed.
Willing to travel 75% of the time within the Texas Region with occasional travel outside of the territory for training, seminars and trade
shows as needed.
Develop a reasonable but aggressive sales forecast for the region that enables the company to reach its profit goals.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Effectively communicate to our customers the advantages of our products and the additional value provided by our services.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and relationship-building strategies
Ability to present, promote, and sell product line to all potential customers.
Excellent selling and communication skills to clearly convey the benefits of Levis products and service to potential customers.
Respond expeditiously to new potential opportunities, making contact within 24-48 hours

The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:

Experience selling in the roofing or construction related industry.
Strong understanding of metal roofing systems and industry trends.
A good understanding of the Texas construction market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and networks
Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving history.
Proven track record to attaining and exceeding sales goals
