- Leads, oversees, and acts as back up for all front office administrative activities including scheduling vendors, work order management/assignments, and materials management.
- Serves as liaison to Finance/Accounting to assist in the compilation and analysis of monthly financial statements.
- Responsible for assisting with overseeing all safety training and associated SoSafe documentation.
- Assist Clinical Management with regulatory review preparation, ongoing compliance to center policy and procedures, including the Business Office, and other practice responsibilities.
- Select, develop, coach and supervise personnel.
- Promote, build, and ensure positive customer relationships at all levels within practice.
**Qualifications**
- High School Equivalent / GED Required
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, administration, or business related field. Preferred
