- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
- Collect rent payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in property management or an assistant
- Knowledge of property leasing procedures and best practices.
- Familiarity with property management software such as OneSite.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to upsell additional services or amenities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with tenants, owners, and vendors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for creating reports and correspondence.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must have HUD/Section 8 Experience.
