The Brookwood Community is looking for a Lead Work Program Supervisor for the Grand Parkway Studio. The function of the Work Program Studio Lead Supervisor is to provide director support and oversee the Grand Parkway Studio. The Studio Lead Supervisor position requires a varied skill set to include addressing Citizen needs, Production Process needs, and streamlining and coaching/directing of Studio Supervisor & Assistant. This position will support effective communication between the Work Program Assistant Director, Design Team and the Work Program Shop Supervisor/Assistant to ensure the studio is operating within culture and fosters the Every.One.Works philosophy. The Studio Lead Supervisor will support in the studio daily, engage in meetings with the studio Supervisor and Assistant, direct and follow-up with daily, weekly, and monthly goals and reports. This position will schedule and support studio Supervisor/Assistant planning time, initiate and support the creation of visuals and other supports to maintain shop efficiency and Every.One.Works philosophy.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Support Studio Shop Teams to ensure the studio has needed coverage to support goals and culture to implement Every.One.Works philosophy.

2. Ensure that Department of Labor requirements are met by scheduling and supporting Studio Staff with planning and supply needs for weekly time keeping, time studies, and required documentation.

3. Attend weekly Work Program meetings.

4. Support communications & supply needs between the studio and Inventory/Shipping specifically for studio assigned to support or as directed by the Work Program Director.

5. Ensure that visuals, educational supports, and culture are being maintained in the shops. This would also entail creating and planning for Supervisor/Assistant planning time in the studio.

This position is Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:15pm. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Work Program.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
