Job Summary

As a Lead Custodial Supervisor with Compass Group Careers, you will be responsible for overseeing the training and development of custodial associates, ensuring a clean and safe learning environment for students of all ages. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to train and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct classroom and hands-on training on customer service, safety, compliance, and company policies.
  • Update and provide training on the use of janitorial equipment, PPE, and chemical usage/safety.
  • Copy and revise training materials as needed, and conduct administrative tasks as requested.
  • Provide feedback on new associates during the orientation period and review trainee records to ensure successful compliance.
  • Perform reviews, such as monthly safety performance reviews, to ensure compliance with OSHA, Risk Management, and other applicable company/federal/state/local requirements and policies.
  • Perform walk-through building inspections as required.
