Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Support Supervisor I to join our team at Grafton Integrated Health Network. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing on-duty coordination and support to our programs and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-duty coordination and support to programs and staff, including monitoring staff departures, providing access to restricted areas, and directing staff during emergencies.
  • Ensure adequate staffing coverage by assigning substitutes to programs and work sites as needed.
  • Provide first aid to injured staff and consumers, and oversee the disposal of bloodborne pathogens and hazardous materials.
  • Channel necessary information with program staff and supervisors, and report and oversee the documentation of allegations of consumer neglect or abuse.
  • Oversee and implement crisis intervention strategies as needed, and ensure that all incidents are documented and reported properly.
  • Coordinate the use of Grafton vehicles, administer medications in the absence of a nurse, and prepare varied documentation pertaining to shift activities.
  • Oversee the maintenance of OSHA and first aid supplies, and ensure that policies and procedures are properly implemented for assigned shift.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in human services and 1 year of professional experience performing administrative duties and/or responding to incidents and providing crisis interventions.
  • Or a high school graduate or have a G.E.D. and 2 years of professional experience performing administrative duties and/or responding to incidents and providing crisis interventions.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
