We are looking for a Renewal Specialist to join our team in Prescott Valley.

This entry-level role will be calling customers whose insurance is coming up for policy renewal, making sure that all the information we have on file is accurate, and gathering information that is relevant to the business and industry.

**Qualifications**:

- **Insurance Experience**- Insurance experience is not necessary.
- **Multi-tasking** - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- **Organization** - Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner

- **Bilingual** - Spanish a plus but not required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Calling for renewal intake with existing clients.
- Follow up with clients
- Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
- Provide customer service via telephone

**Wages and Benefits**:
