**Front of House Team Role**

You are the first face of the Magic & Wonder experience Our Front of House Team Members are responsible for creating a warm, inviting and outstanding environment for our guests. This starts from the moment they arrive in the parking lot to when they enter the theater space and beyond Front of House Team Members curate the best possible experience for guests from popping popcorn, selling tickets and gift shop items, to keeping our public areas squeaky clean and more Our Front of House Team Members love to interact with our guests, have an eye for detail and can work both solo and in team environments.

**Responsibilities/Duties**
- Manages the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby, parking lot, giftshop, concessions and restrooms.
- Will learn all POS systems necessary for working front of house, (i.e., Square and our ticketing software FareHarbor)
- Takes and fills all in-person orders at concessions.
- Works closely with servers to fill orders placed from guests at the tables.
- Run the cash register at both concessions and gift shop.
- Stock all products at concessions and gift shop.
- Performs all daily/weekly cleaning tasks delegated by management.
- Performs route checks of bathrooms during each show.
- Sets up & tears down the photo booth for guest photos and cast meet and greet area.
- Must be comfortable bending, squatting and standing for long periods of time. Also comfortable lifting 35 lbs.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Friendly, uplifting and positive attitude.
- Self motivated and an eye for detail.
- Works well in fast paced environments.
- Can work well with others and by themselves.
- Helps with tasks in other areas of the theater to support other team members and management when necessary.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
