Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-in and Check-out: Process guest arrivals and departures in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate room assignments and folio management.
  • Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner, providing information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Account Management: Set up and manage guest accounts, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Room Management: Block and assign rooms, manage room status, and ensure accurate room inventory.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with hotel departments, including Concierge, Bell/Guest Services, and Housekeeping, to ensure seamless guest service.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Hotel Front Desk Experience: Previous experience working in a hotel front desk environment, with knowledge of hotel operations and systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in hotel software systems, including property management systems and point-of-sale systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve guest issues in a timely and professional manner.
