The role of the Regional Staffing Coordinator is to manage the daily operations for the Clinical Coordinators (CCs) as well as schedules and coverage for all regional staff so that the Company provides quality care to patients efficiently.

MISSION EXPECTATIONS - Take responsibility for own work in completing tasks. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. QUALIFICATIONS - Clinical experience as a certified medical assistant or higher preferred. - Physician services and management skills experience preferred. - A minimum of three (3) year’s experience in a healthcare setting. - Ability to read and communicate effectively. - Strong written and verbal skills. - Basic computer knowledge. - Ability to manage and demonstrate effective leadership skills. - Should demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills under all conditions and circumstances. - Ability to foster a cooperative work environment. - Team player with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and demonstrate sound judgment. - Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.
