The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for a variety of efforts that drive the firm’s marketing operations function. This position is responsible for executing strategies and implementing processes that enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall success of the marketing function. The Marketing Operations Specialist manages the annual cycles of all legal directory submissions. This position extends support to firm wide initiatives, collaborates on marketing operations functions, and contributes to other projects, as needed. A hybrid work schedule is available for this position.

- Oversee the annual cycles of all legal directory submissions, including planning, effective delegation, streamlined distribution, and precise execution of all submissions. This also includes keeping the team apprised of deadlines, timelines, referee outreach, and regularly evaluating new opportunities.
- Routine content maintenance and audits on the firm’s website.
- Assist with the execution of client alerts as needed, including coordinating final copy, managing conflicts process and clearance, and production and distribution to appropriate mailing lists.
- Manage CRM data integrity and process queries to the CRM database, including strategic contribution to the development of targeted contact lists for invitations to events and thought leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- 4-6 years of experience in marketing, business development, or communications fields, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English, Communications or relevant field required. Work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content.
- Strong ability to proofread.
- Experience with Sitecore, InterAction and Tikit preferred.
- Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Smartsheet.
- Must be detail oriented, proactive, and self-directed.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software.

- In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications.
