Monday through Friday (5 or 8 hours a day but times are flexible) and some Saturdays during our busy season.

Daily Tasks include:
- Takes inbound call from customers and potential customers
- Makes outbound calls to follow up on estimates and ensure customer satisfaction
- Sells services over the phone
- Collection Calls
- Offer new services to customers
- Maintains customer data records
- Processes paperwork from sales and service team members
