Essential Duties:
  1. Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
  2. Foster effective communication and teamwork among colleagues and other departments.
  3. Ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures.
  4. Conduct interviews, training, and scheduling of housekeeping personnel.
  5. Implement processes that support service excellence and financial performance.
  6. Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure timely room readiness and address guest concerns effectively.
  7. Ensure staff are well-trained in safety procedures and service standards.
  8. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas.
  9. Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and linens.
  10. Coordinate with the Front Office Manager regarding room availability.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in housekeeping management.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with payroll management and staff scheduling.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Working Environment:

The work environment is typically moderate in noise level, and the role may require lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally. Employees may need to stand, walk, push, kneel, bend, and reach throughout their shifts.
