The Licensed Child Care Administrator (LCCA) is responsible for the operation of this facility and ensuring quality care, services and advocacy for our youth. This position is responsible for the communication of the facility’s mission, values, and service delivery practices. The Licensed Child Care Administrator ensures the maintenance of youth records and compliance with all applicable state and local laws, standards, and regulations. This position supervises and has on-site administrative responsibilities for the overall operation.

Essential Functions:

- Ensures the delivery of services in accordance with this facility‘a mission and vision, goals, objectives and treatment philosophy.
- The Licensed Child Care Administrator is responsible for the operation of the facility and ensuring quality care, services and advocacy for our children.
- Implements programs and services as specified in the children's individualized service plan.
- Completes accurately, all reports, data collection and other information documenting the care and services provided in keeping with licensing regulations and facility policies.
- Supervision and on-site administrative responsibility for the overall operation
- Assist floor staff with training as needed
- Perform/assign safety drills monthly, completing weekly checklists to assure guidelines are met, assure facility is in compliance with licensing standards.
- Complete routine meetings with the staff.
- Developing and maintaining a positive relationship with stake holders, DFPS, SSCC, local school district etc
- Complete projects, schedule events, maintain recreation logs, and ensure outings are scheduled routinely as directed by Program Director.
- Serve as a positive role model to staff, residents, employees, and guests through a positive, caring and professional attitude.
- Be knowledgeable of all happenings with the facility.
- Comply with the dress code.
- Complete all tasks punctually and adhere to all deadlines.
- Maintain the confidential nature of Residential Programming and related activities.
- Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, while cultivating a positive environment for all.
- Perform any requested task and accept responsibilities as requested by the treatment team.
- Reports directly to Chief Executive Officers.

This is a full time position working 40 hours per week.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree required
- Prior experience as a licensed administrator
- All requirements required in accordance to state regulations.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in standard office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
