**Key Responsibilities**:
Project Planning and Execution
- Advocate for TelOps best practices and preferences at project planning stage including research for the RFQ process

Team Management
- Produce shift schedule and coordinate resources to meet TelOps goals
- Coordinate and communicate vendor partner hours and objectives
- Act as a backup for TelOps Data Collection Manager

Client Relations
- Act as a TelOps liaison between Client Services, DP, and other internal and external stakeholders

Quality Assurance
- Administer/audit end-to-end quality assurance program and recommend process improvements

Data Analysis and Reporting
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends regarding sample usage and project setup
- Deep-dive analysis on incidence, introduction effectiveness, and call flow and produce recommendations to Client Services/DP

User Support and Training
- Maintain TelOps onboarding and training materials and agenda
- Oversee Interviewer coaching and accountability programs
- Other duties as assigned.

**Position Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Desire to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment with renowned industry professionals.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects while preserving attention to details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Excel.
- Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A Passion for Data and high-quality public opinion research.
