- Foster and sustain robust relationships with clients to ensure timely settlement of outstanding invoices.
- Design and enforce efficient billing policies and procedures.
- Monitor client accounts, pinpoint overdue payments, and initiate suitable follow-up measures.
- Accurately generate and distribute invoices to clients and vendors in a timely manner.
- Validate billing information and collaborate with internal teams to rectify any discrepancies.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to corporate clients, addressing inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience leading a medium to large-sized team in Collections or Accounts Receivable.
- Expertise in ERP systems, billing software, and advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that tasks and projects are completed accurately and punctually.
