Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- File legal documents in paper and electronic filing systems
- Assist with document review and preparation
- Maintain attorney calendars, including scheduling appointments, court deadlines, and meetings
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Draft correspondence, memos, and legal documents
- Conduct client interviews and assist with contract preparation
- Utilize legal research tools such as Westlaw
- Provide administrative support in iManage or similar software

**Required Skills**:

- Proficient in legal administrative tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Secretary
- Knowledge of contract drafting and review processes
- Familiarity with legal research tools like Westlaw
- Proficiency in iManage or similar document management systems

Pay: $19.88 - $23.94 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
