**Responsibilities**
- Chart Prep
- Merge templates into patient charts
- Assist in preparing charts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with operations team to manage chart preparation workload effectively
- Appointment Confirmations
- Make confirmation calls or send messages to patients to reduce no shows and ensure appointment attendance
- Create no show tracking entries in the EMR system for missed appointments
- Support in following up on missed appointments to reschedule and update records accordingly

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent, experience in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Time Commitment**: This volunteer position requires a commitment of **16 hours** per week, with flexible scheduling options available. Volunteers must adhere to the agreed upon schedule and give notice of scheduling conflicts.

**Additional Information**: Volunteers will receive training and support to fulfill their responsibilities effectively. While this position is unpaid, it offers valuable experience and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the healthcare community.
