Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and communicate effectively with insured individuals and claimants.
  • Clarify benefits, coverage details, fault determination, and the claims process in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct detailed investigations to ascertain liability and damages.
  • Assess and establish claim values accurately.
  • Negotiate resolutions with insured parties and claimants.
  • Maintain and update claim files, manage administrative tasks, and document actions using company systems.
  • Verify coverage and address any related concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Provide sales leads to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficient in managing claims of considerable complexity.
  • Moderate proficiency in computer and technical software applications.
  • Strong understanding of negligence and subrogation principles.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Casualty claims.
  • Fieldwork is a requirement.

The starting compensation is $36.64 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based incentive programs.
