- **This is position is 70% driving to different doctor's offices in the area and 30% work from home.**:
- **Starting pay will be based on experience**:
- The internal title is **Business Development Associate Assistant (BDAA)** - The BDAA assists the Business Development Associate with "pavement pounding" marketing -- i.e., visiting Physicians' Offices, scheduling meetings with them, building relationships, and educating them about PAD -- signs & symptoms, and indications for appropriate referrals
- Specialties of interest are Wound Care, Podiatry, PCP, Pain, and Endocrinology -- these specialties see high PAD patient populations.
- The goal is to increase awareness of PAD in the community, be a brand ambassador for PAD Specialists, and assist in driving appropriate referrals to PAD Specialists.
**Schedule**:
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
- 8 am - 5 pm CT
**Requirements**:
- An **A+ **customer service-oriented attitude is a must.
- Tech savviness/Experience with an EMR system and Google Workspace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Excellent in developing and maintaining effective relationships with providers, staff, and the community.
- Healthcare marketing experience preferred but not required
- Professional LinkedIn profile, professional appearance
- Drug screens and background check
- Maturity, good judgment, and a proactive mind anticipate and preempt problems (rather than simply react to them)
- Spirit of continuous improvement -- strive to grow, improve, and learn professionally and personally every day and help the Company do the same.
- All employees are expected to perform as an integral part of the PADS team and to provide supplemental support as requested, required, or assigned.
**Benefits**:

We are a rapidly growing chain of outpatient medical offices specializing in diagnosing and treating Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD). We have multiple facilities in Texas -- Houston, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pasadena, Beaumont, Victoria, Corpus Christi, Edinburg, Brownsville, Laredo, Austin, Dallas, and El Paso. As well as in Little Rock, AR. Coming Soon: Atlanta, GA.
