Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will contribute significantly to our community's success through the following tasks:

  • Promote the community's senior living programs effectively, expanding the sales pipeline through various outreach initiatives, including community events and collaborations with local healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their families, ensuring clear communication with healthcare team members to address any transition needs.
  • Collaborate with various departments to manage move-ins and move-outs, attending relevant meetings to ensure a coordinated approach to admissions.
  • Work closely with maintenance and environmental services to prepare living spaces for new residents, ensuring all requirements are met promptly.
  • Respond to inquiries about community services and admissions, maintaining thorough records of all interactions in the designated tracking system.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of referral sources, including healthcare providers and community organizations.
  • Oversee the completion of admissions paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies and a smooth onboarding process for new residents.

  • Manage vendor relationships for marketing services, ensuring timely execution of projects and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Submit required documentation and reports in a timely manner, adhering to established protocols.
  • Contribute articles and updates for internal communications to keep staff informed about community initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment by building strong relationships with colleagues.

Qualifications
To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred. A minimum of 1-3 years in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Experience in public relations or marketing is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of the admissions process in healthcare or senior living settings is beneficial.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
