Healthcare Operations Coordinator

HARBOR HEALTHCARE SYSTEM is seeking skilled professionals for a full-time Healthcare Operations Coordinator role. This position is essential in facilitating communication among insurance providers, healthcare practitioners, patients, and clinical teams to guarantee adherence to industry standards, assist in daily administrative functions, and provide support to medical staff and patients.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid LVN license in Texas or certification as a Registered Medical Assistant
- Associate degree or relevant experience in healthcare administration
- Strong communication skills suitable for diverse age groups and roles
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and training of personnel
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Outlook
- Positive demeanor, collaborative spirit, and eagerness to learn
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Clear background check, drug screening, and clean driving record
- Bi-monthly salary payments with Direct Deposit
