**How You Contribute to Pinnacle Transplant’s Success**

The Onsite IT Specialist will work in a team environment to provide in-depth procedural and technical computer end-user support with the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Desktop Support Technician will support and maintain Pinnacle Transplant Technologies computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. That includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all organizational hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal computer performance. The technician will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via work order) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required.

**This is an on-site position located in North Phoenix (Deer Valley). This position is hourly/non-exempt and the shift may change to support multiple working shifts of the business.**

**Pay range: $27.40 - $33.65 per hour**

**What You Will Do**
- Provide first-level support to associates experiencing technical issues with their computers or other devices, which includes on-site and remote staff across various time zones
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
- Document and track support requests using our ticketing system
- Identify and escalate more complex issues to higher-level IT partnership as necessary
- Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software, including computer cloning
- Perform spyware/malware and virus removal
- Varied technical and maintenance duties, documents projects, writes and maintains user instructions and technical documents.
- Participates in the review, evaluation, and implementation of solutions relating to hardware and software acquisitions and/or updates/upgrades.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, network devices and other equipment.
- Ongoing preventative maintenance
- Assist in the tracking of hardware and software inventory and send out remote new hire hardware/software with appropriate partnership on setup, troubleshooting, and communication
- Hardware setup, deployment, and replacement of obsolete hardware.
- Provide guidance and explain policies and procedures to end-users
- Communicate and translate technical information to non-technical end users; maintain communication and monitor incident through resolution
- Maintains current knowledge with respect to technology, equipment, applicable laws, regulations, standards and/or systems.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

**What Qualifications You Will Bring**
- Associate degree required or an equivalent combination of education and applicable work experience required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant help desk or technical support experience with in-person interactions required
- Experience administering Active Directory required
- Understanding of NTFS permissions required
- Experience administering Windows Printers required
- Experience administering NinjaRMM a plus
- Experience administering WatchGuard product line a plus
- Understanding of how Group Policies function
- Experience administering Crexendo Phone systems a plus
- Experience with Dell Absolute a plus
- Experience administering Mimecast a plus

- A+ Certification a plus
- Net+ Certification a plus
- Knowledge of industry best practices, standards, and regulations such as, but not limited to 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance, PCI DSS Compliance, HIPPA Compliance, etc., strong preference
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Management Systems preferred
