**Summary**:

As our Event Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in making dream weddings and events a reality You'll be the go-to person for client inquiries, assisting our Event and Catering Manager in coordinating every detail. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organized individual to learn the event industry and build a successful career in hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Event and Catering Manager with client inquiries and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to detail event proposals and menus.
- Coordinate logistics for assigned events, ensuring all details are confirmed and documented accurately.
- Manage event timelines and schedules with vendors and internal departments.
- Contribute to a positive and professional client experience by providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces (may involve some light physical activity).
- Maintain accurate event files and records.
- Highly motivated and eager to learn new skills in the hospitality industry.
- Adaptable, comfortable working independently, and manages changing priorities.
- Positive and maintains a helpful, encouraging attitude.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Resourceful problem-solver with a strong work ethic and integrity.
- Proactive and takes initiative to improve themselves and the organization.
