This position engages in & establishes trusting relationships throughout the club while maintaining their objectivity as an HR professional who is neutral, discreet, impartial, and balanced. This individual supports & reinforces company standards, policies, and service culture based on guidelines set forth by the club. The HR Manager role includes, but is not limited to, tasks related to benefits administration, employee relations, training, employment & onboarding guidance, safety, and general human resources administrative duties. English/Spanish is a plus.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor?s degree from a four-year college or university in Human Resources Management or related field.

A minimum of three years of HR management/generalist experience is required including coordinating efforts across the multiple HR disciplines of employee relations, benefits, talent acquisition, training & development, and HRIS.
