Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior / Principal Recruiter to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong internal and external relationships and creating a network to increase the pipeline of talent for current and future roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with recruiters, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to understand talent needs, provide strategic guidance, and enact solutions
  • Research and analyze recruiting market trends to improve sourcing and employer brand
  • Offer a high-touch and differentiated candidate experience
  • Skillfully manage a req load of active candidate searches
  • Employ diverse and varying creative sourcing and networking strategies to attract both active and passive executive talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft and communicate a compelling and unique employment value proposition
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of direct full-life cycle recruitment experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
  • In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 4 additional years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in all aspects of talent search including internet search optimization, innovative candidate sourcing programs, passive candidate mining and networking, pre-screening, interviewing, and negotiating and presenting offer packages
  • Working knowledge of EEO and other applicable employment laws, policies, regulations, & compensation
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience
  • Direct applicant tracking system (ATS) requisition management and applicant dispositioning experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of related professional experience performing full-life cycle recruitment
  • Corporate recruiting experience in a large & complex organization
  • Prior experience as a Team Lead in a corporate TA setting
  • Workday applicant tracking system (ATS) requisition management and applicant dispositioning experience
  • Advanced recruiter or sourcing designation and/or HR professional certification
