As a Legal Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including managing daily office operations, overseeing office facilities and supplies, coordinating office events, and supporting the firm's financial activities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning of the firm.
• Direct and administer executive support to coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications effectively.
• Maintain and manage office equipment and facilities to ensure their optimum functionality.
• Oversee the inventory of office supplies and ensure the office environment is orderly and professional.
• Coordinate office functions and social events to foster a positive work environment.
• Administer and maintain firm insurance policies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the external accounting firm ensuring effective communication.
• Support the firm's accounting function by performing financial activities such as billing, collections, and payroll.
• Track and manage firm expenses and budgets to ensure financial stability.
• Assist with human resources tasks, including onboarding, staff coordination, and performance management.
• Administer employee benefits and maintain personnel records to ensure accurate record keeping.
• Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new employees to ensure the best talent is recruited.
• Manage relationships with IT service providers to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and software.
• Provide basic technical support to staff and coordinate IT upgrades and maintenance to ensure optimum IT functionality.• Demonstrated proficiency in Aderant
• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with Case Management Software
