Main Responsibilities:

- Ensure provider schedules are optimized to achieve maximum capacity and provide great patient care.
- Drive referral volume and expand payer relationships.
- Oversee hiring and training initiatives to support practice growth.
- Support Providers:
- Provide support to providers to enhance patient care delivery.
- Facilitate necessary resources for providers to effectively manage patient care.
- Assist with workflow improvements in the EMR system (Advanced MD).
- Ensure providers have adequate staffing and support for patient care.
- Ensure Great Patient Experience/Care:
- Oversee patient satisfaction initiatives, including surveys and online reviews.
- Implement measures to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with referral sources to increase patient volume.
- Coordinate with providers to address patient care concerns and improve outcomes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the practice, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
- Monitor and optimize provider schedules to maximize patient volume, care, and efficiency.
- Oversee billing processes to ensure timely and accurate submission of claims.
- Collaborate with front desk staff to streamline check-in/check-out procedures and improve patient satisfaction.
- Conduct regular meetings with providers and staff to address operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (HIPAA etc).
- Serve as a liaison between the practice and external stakeholders, including insurance companies, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare practice management.
- Proficiency in EMR systems, preferably Advanced MD.
- Strong understanding of billing processes, insurance regulations, and payer contracts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and track key performance metrics.
- Knowledge of credentialing processes and payer relations.
- Experience in staff management and training.
