Job Title: Front Office Coordinator

Reports To: Team Leader - Provider and Clinic Management

Job Summary:
**This is a part time position. The average hours will be 15-20 per week. The schedule will be available at least one month prior.**

Under limited supervision, the Front Office Coordinator, Specialist maintains a successful relationship between the department and our medical providers, while delivering exceptional customer service to all parties. This position also provides administrative support to office providers and maintains the facility location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Preparing medical record for provider’s day
- Printing and resorting
- \
- Chaperoning female patients
- Reconciliation/ notifying clients of outcome
- Opening office and prepping for provider’s appointments
- Managing provider day
- Greeting claimant
- Check in
- Place in exam room
- Chaperone, if needed
- Discharge claimant / provide work excuse, as needed or requested
- Clean exam room
- Scan documents to networks
- Send any diagnostic request to scheduler or work

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional attitude with a strong customer-service focus
- Multi-task and be able to work well under pressure
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Able to accommodate flexible work schedule

**Experience**:
