We are seeking an adaptable and self-motivated individual who is eager to obtain an administrative role who will be responsible for providing general day-to-day clerical/administrative and project support to the Right-of-Way department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform document preparation, review, and packaging.
- Data management and tracking in various project and time management software.
- Conduct clerical tasks such as scanning and uploading of documents into company database.
- Distribute incoming mail to appropriate personnel.
- Manage inventory of office and mailing supplies and order as needed.
- Ensure department records are filed, organized, and tracked.
- Special projects as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Excellent professional, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in utilizing computers to include Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe, etc. - Willingness to learn new software programs.
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, documentation, proofreading, organizational, planning, problem solving, and critical thinking.
- Two years minimum of progressive clerical/administrative work experience.
- High School Diploma.
- Valid California driver’s license and acceptable DMV record.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Some college course work or bachelors’ degree from accredited university.
- California Notary Public commission is desirable, but not required.
