Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional client service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide concierge-level client services, including check-in, room assignments, and front desk logistics.
  • Coordinate hybrid hearings, including logging conference rooms, Panelists, and clients into online sessions.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as case management support, filings, and data entry.
  • Coordinate food and beverage service, including restocking, cleaning, and lunch buffet set-up and breakdown.
  • Maintain facilities, including liaising with building management and security.
Requirements
  • High School diploma required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or operations role.
  • Computer literate and proficient in software programs required for the position.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities and tasks in a quick-paced environment.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
