Specifically, the job entails office managerial-secretarial work. This includes answering telephone calls, greeting clients, preparing legal document, filing documents online with state and federal courts, supervising other employees, interacting with staff and clients, drafting documents, bookkeeping entries, scheduling matters and maintaining several calendars, interacting with tenants, contractors and landlord, website research, and copying, scanning and organizing documents and files.

The ideal applicant should have legal and bookkeeping knowledge, ability to balance checkbooks, data processing skills, excellent typing skills, punctuality, and an outgoing, friendly personality. (This means you cannot be grumpy, too quiet, or overly introverted. The position requires you to interact daily with staff, clients, prospective clients and 3rd parties. Therefore, you have to speak loudly, audibly, and in a well
- mannered, professional fashion.) You must work well with others. Punctuality and attendance are strictly required. Your grammar, diction, and spelling need to be exceptional. Semi-professional attire and good grooming/hygiene a must. **If you struggle with basic sentence structure, alphabetizing or spelling, please take a pass on this job opportunity.**

You also need to have your own vehicle as you may need to drive once in a while to places outside the office.

The work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm.

$28.00 to $30.00 per hour based on experience, without benefits. But raises and bonuses are well within grasp of a good employee.
