**Salary**: $40,000

**Additional Compensation**: $250 bonus per 100-hour milestone

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling:

- Coordinate and schedule caregivers for clients based on their needs and preferences
- Maintain and update the scheduling system to ensure all shifts are covered
- Communicate any changes in the schedule to caregivers and clients promptly
- Caregiver Hiring:

- Assist in the recruitment and hiring of caregivers
- Conduct initial interviews
- Ensure all necessary documentations and background checks are completed
- Marketing Visits:

- Conduct brief marketing visits and product dropoffs to potential clients and referral sources
- Assist in organizing community events
- Administrative Work:

- Maintain client and caregiver records in accordance with company policies and regulations
- In-Home Assessments:

- Conduct in-home assessments for new clients to determine their needs and create personalized care plans
- Provide support and communication to clients and their families regarding care plans and services
- On-call
- Be available for on-call duties as scheduled, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Respond promptly to urgent calls from clients, their family members, and caregivers
- Address and resolve any immediate issues, such as caregiver no-shows or emergencies
- Coordinate emergency scheduling during on-call hours

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportations for in-home assessments and marketing visits
- Ability to be in-office Monday-Friday, 8-5
