Objective: To deliver clerical support and assist with various administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle incoming calls and route them as needed.
  • Maintain and organize the filing system, ensuring all correspondence and records are accurately filed.
  • Produce copies of documents and other printed materials.
  • Process payments for memberships and manage related documentation.
  • Generate and distribute new member cards.
  • Facilitate insurance verifications and manage certificates of insurance.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and other correspondence.
  • Act as the primary contact for external relations with various stakeholders.
  • Prepare and send outgoing mail, including emails and faxes.
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, reserving facilities, and recording minutes.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the County.
