Objective: To deliver clerical support and assist with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming calls and route them as needed.
- Maintain and organize the filing system, ensuring all correspondence and records are accurately filed.
- Produce copies of documents and other printed materials.
- Process payments for memberships and manage related documentation.
- Generate and distribute new member cards.
- Facilitate insurance verifications and manage certificates of insurance.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and other correspondence.
- Act as the primary contact for external relations with various stakeholders.
- Prepare and send outgoing mail, including emails and faxes.
- Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, reserving facilities, and recording minutes.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the County.
