Billing Specialist
**Job Type**:Full-time
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
To perform this job successfully you must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
- At least 2 years of Billing experience in a general accounting capacity, must have strong and effective communication skills, customer service, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
- Billing Specialist will carefully audit invoices for any error and/or duplicated items from all branches, prior to posting and sending bill to customers
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Verify all invoices and answer all customer questions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
- Ability to prioritize projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent Organizational Skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills
