- Receiving and verifying charge batches for pre-coding accuracy.
- Confirming that all anticipated charges are submitted by healthcare providers.
- Validating patient visit authorizations.
- Inputting new patient data into the system with precision.
- Ensuring correct usage of CPT and ICD-10 codes during charge sessions.
- Managing claim edits for any rejected claims.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to patients with billing-related inquiries.
- Retrieving medical records for claim appeals as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:
