- Exceptional working knowledge of Dealership CRM (We use VIN Solutions)
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel (We track EVERYTHING and use Excel or Google Sheets to do so)

**COMPENSATION AND EARNING POTENTIAL**:
This is a Commission Based Position with one of the most competitive pay opportunities in the marketplace. We will be happy to share the pay plan during your in-person confidential interview.
- ** Average Benchmark Performers can earn $72,000 - $108,000** annually ($6,000 - $9,000 monthly).
- **Top Benchmark Performers can earn $120,000 - $180,000** annually ($10,000 - $15,000 monthly).
