IT Analyst/data Analyst

Description:
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.
- Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving issues as needed.
- Configure, maintain and troubleshoot IT network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Administration and maintenance of a virtualized IT infrastructure
- Monitor network performance and implement optimizations to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security measures and protocols to protect data and systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis, networking, and server administration.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst/IT or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MS SQL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Batch) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of IT networking and servers.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies.
