Job Summary:


We are seeking a talented IT Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL and data analysis, along with knowledge of IT networking and servers. Experience in the healthcare setting is preferred but not required. The IT Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making processes within the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings. This is an in-person position and is not suitable for remote work arrangements.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.
  • Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving issues as needed.
  • Configure, maintain and troubleshoot IT network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Administration and maintenance of a virtualized IT infrastructure
  • Monitor network performance and implement optimizations to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Administer servers and server-side applications, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement security measures and protocols to protect data and systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis, networking, and server administration.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst/IT or similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MS SQL).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Batch) is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of IT networking and servers.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies.
