Judge Healthcare is seeking a Senior ITS Analyst (Quality Assurance) in Orange, CA

As a Senior ITS Analyst (Quality Assurance), you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web-based, mobile, and desktop applications within a hybrid cloud environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
Testing and Evaluation:
  • Assessing web services, APIs, and data interfaces to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Testing new and modified software programs to verify functionality and compliance with user requirements and ITS standards.
Collaboration:
  • Working closely with agile/scrum development teams to review user stories and program documentation.
  • Collaborating with developers to address defects and improve software quality.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Writing clear documentation for program evaluation, testing, and corrections.
  • Reporting defects to the development team and ensuring timely fixes.
  • Communicating test progress and results to project stakeholders and management.
Quality Assurance:
  • Establishing and maintaining quality assurance measures and testing standards.
  • Conducting internal audits to ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Recommending improvements to enhance application performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience testing major applications, integrations, and/or major application product releases.
  • 2 years of experience with testing tools, test plans, and building test cases.
  • 2 years of experience writing queries for Microsoft SQL Server.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be qualifying.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in the health care industry.
  • 2 years of experience with Visual Studio.
  • 2 years of experience with Azure/DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server.
  • 2 years of experience testing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Data Warehouse Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL).
  • 1 year of experience with Browser Stack or similar mobile device testing tools.
