**SUMMARY**: Responsible for overseeing day to day office management.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Strategically plan and manage efficient production, across all departments in our office, including client services, inventory management, and logistics.
- Manage staff of client service representatives, consignment coordinator, facilities coordinator, and consignment directors
- Create monthly productivity reports for management.
- Resolve any arising problems with clients, personnel, and third-party vendors.
- Help maintain control and order of storage areas.
- Coordinate, manage, and assist with loading and unloading of trucks safely.
- Manage financial aspects of the office, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Other duties may be assigned.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Must have 4+ years of experience in managing an office.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successful team management and development.
- Superb customer service skills, ability to communicate with consignors, clients, stakeholders, peers, and vendors.
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT**: Individuals must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work extended hours, nights, and weekends due to tight deadlines is required.
