**Responsibilities**:
**Partner Engagement**:
- Identify and establish partnerships with community-based organizations, schools, healthcare facilities, and other relevant entities within assigned zip codes.
- Advocate for the benefits of our mobile immunization services and encourage partner collaboration.
**Community Outreach**:
- Attend community meetings and events to promote immunization services and identify potential opportunities for clinics.
- Monitor social media and local events to identify suitable venues for immunization clinics.
**Information Sharing**:
- Share information about our services and encourage partner organizations to submit vaccine requests.
- Collaborate with partners to coordinate clinic logistics and schedules.
**Weekly Meetings**:
- Attend weekly regional meetings to discuss progress, share outcomes, and collaborate with the team to overcome challenges.
- Report on the number of clinics confirmed, successes, and areas of growth.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in community outreach and partnership development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Knowledge of immunization programs and public health initiatives is a plus.
- Have reliable transportation to attend partner meetings.
- Reside in or have strong connections with assigned zip codes.
