The selected candidate will play a pivotal role as the firm's representative, engaging with potential clients to meticulously gather pertinent data. This data will be integral in facilitating the firm's meticulous evaluation of each potential case.


Job Responsibilities

· Meet & evaluate 5-6 potential new clients daily by gathering comprehensive information from prospective clients via email, phone, and in-person;

· Research potential claims and entities prior to drafting a comprehensive internal memorandum per potential case;

· Enter all client information into an electronic database; and

· Document review required;

Skills Required

· Superior organization of documents and calendar;

· Meticulous nature with ability to thoroughly and accurately gather relevant information;

· Ability to multi-task;

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

· Ability to remain professional while dealing with a range of personalities;

· Excellent knowledge of computers and software, including MS Word, MS Excel, PDF Editing Software, Practice Management Software.

· Prior experience working collaboratively with others to develop and implement action plans;

· Ability to think critically about each potential case, identifying strengths/weaknesses as well as causes of action and potential themes; and

· Ability to adapt to the needs of a growing law firm and willingness to "pitch in" to get the job done.

**Knowledge of employment / labor law a plus.
