The Human Resources Representative opportunity is a combination of non-administrative and administrative HR responsibilities. This role coordinates and collaborates daily with other HR Representatives to implement services, policies, and programs on behalf of the HR Team.
**Key Job Responsibilities**:
- Managing employee relations and providing excellent customer experience
- Active participation in the company’s recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts
- Ability to contribute to the creation, development and implementation, and measurement of important corporate initiatives such as Training, Safety, and Employee Wellness
- Administrative back-up support for payroll processing
- Administrative back-up support for employee benefits processing
- Administrative support for other related HR functions
**Skills and Knowledge Desired**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish) required
- 2+ years of progressive Human Resources and employee relations experience preferred
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
- Thorough knowledge and experience with recruiting, interviewing and onboarding preferred
- Thorough knowledge and experience of employment-related laws and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
