- Manage forecast accuracy
- Provide feedback to help identify prospects’ wants and needs and provide the best solutions
- Schedule, track and ensure loads are picked up and delivered on time
- Work with the Billing department to handle all carrier/customer issues in a timely manner
- Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned

**Experience**
- Minimum 2 yrs. of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation or like experience
- High attention to detail with proven ability to multitask
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- On call, receiving calls from clients including holidays weekends and evenings
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Team and customer-first approach to work
- Ability to develop a creative approach to overcoming obstacles
- Bilingual skills are a plus

**Education**

Requires high school diploma or GED equivalent

**Language Skills**

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, executives and other employees of the organization.

**Mathematical Skills**

**Reasoning Ability**

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions of customer requirements. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

**Other Qualifications**

Requires the ability to operate various office equipment to include a computer, voice mail, copier, fax, and calculator. Requires the ability to operate various software such as word processing, spreadsheets and databases.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
