Full-time Junior Accountant and HR Coordinator

The Junior Accountant and HR Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in both accounting, payroll, and human resources activities.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Assist with monthly financial statements as assigned
- Assist with payroll processing, including data entry, verification of hours worked, and addressing employee payroll inquiries
- Handle new hire, termination, and change of status forms with payroll
- Process all aspects of the employee benefits and enrollments
- Maintains employee records ensuring compliance with legal requirements and data privacy regulations

Qualifications / Experience:

- Fundamental accounting principles knowledge
- Thorough, detail-oriented individual who can balance multiple tasks
- HR experience is optional. Training will be provided

Education: Actively pursuing towards associated accounting degree

Salary and benefits: $40,000-$50,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development

Pay: $21.74 - $26.19 per hour
